How do I order Celazome Skin Care products online?

How do I pay for Celazome Skin Care products?

We aim to make your online shopping experience as easy and hassle free as possible so please choose a convenient payment method from the options below.

Maybank2u Online Banking

If you have a Maybank account and have activated the online banking system, you can pay for your purchase to the following account:

CIMB Online Banking

If you have a CIMB account and have activated the online banking system, you can pay for your purchase to the following account:

Please make sure you check the "CIMB Internet Banking" option on your Product Order Form. This is to ensure we verify your transaction and send your order out as soon as possible.

Cheque Deposit

Bank your payment directly to our account through your local bank's Cheque Scanning Machine, then scan and email or fax us your transaction slip.

Please make sure you check the "Cheque" option on your Product Order Form. We will be expecting your cheque transaction slip which you can scan and email or fax to us. Please do this as soon as you have sent us your order. This is to ensure we verify your transaction and send your order out as soon as possible.

Fax us your credit card details

Print our Fax Order Form to fax us your order and credit card details. For your own safety, do not email or mail us this form. Please do not confuse the Fax Order Form with our Product Order Form.

How do I find the product code?

All our Celazome products are assigned a code beginning with "CZ" followed by 3 or 4 numbers. These can be found on this Celazome product list, or on the individual Celazome product pages.

How do I find the price of a product?

All our Celazome product prices are listed on each individual product page, but also on this handy Celazome product list.

I've sent my order to B Q Enterprise, what happens next?

Please allow 1 working day for BQ staff to acknowledge your order. You will receive a phone call from BQ staff to verify and validate your order. When you have received your phone call, please allow up 3 to 5 working days for your products to arrive. All products will be shipped by Pos Laju.

Example: If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive an verification phone call by Monday. Your order will arrive on or before the following Monday.
If you place an order on Wednesday, you will receive an acknowledgement phone call by Thursday. Your order will arrive on or before the following Tuesday.

I didn't receive a verification phone call, have you received my order?

Please allow up to 1 working day for us to acknowledge and validate your order. Our working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and any orders placed outside these times will only be acknowledged on the following working day. If you placed your order over the weekend, we will only acknowledge your order on the following Monday.

I made a mistake on my form, what should I do?

Contact us as soon as you can, by phone (+603 7954 8135) or e-mail. Please note that mistakes in the grand total amount and/or payment information may cause delays in the shipping process.

B Q Enterprise Sdn Bhd will not take any responsibility for delays caused by mistakes made on the Product Order Form or Fax Order Form and any charges that may be incurred.

Delivery and Returns FAQ

How will I receive my products?

We ship all products via Pos Laju.

How much does delivery cost?

Orders with the grand total amount of RM100 and above will be shipped for free. Orders below RM100 will be automatically charged at the standard Pos Laju rate. This will be added on to your final amount. Please refer to the Pos Laju website for delivery rates.

Can you deliver my products to Singapore/Thailand/Indonesia/Brunei/China?

We regret that we are not able to ship products outside of Malaysia and can only deliver products to East and West Malaysia.

Can you deliver to Sabah/Sarawak?

Yes. We can deliver products to Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia.

How long will it take before I get my products?

When you have received your verification phone call, please allow 3-5 working days for your products to arrive.

It has been 5 days, where are my products?

Please note that it will take up to 5 working days for your products to arrive. If your products still have not arrived, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, by phone or e-mail.

Can I return my products?

No, B Q Enterprise operate a strict no-returns policy. Please ensure that you have the right code for the product you are ordering.
